Privacy Notice
You take online privacy seriously, and so does B2B Blacklist, LLC (“B2B”). Our Online Privacy Notice (the “Notice”) describes the information we collect from and about you during our application process whether via online, our website, email, phone, facsimile or any other customary and reasonable methods.   It also describes how we use information about you, with whom we share it and how we protect it. This Notice applies only to those B2B interfaces that link directly to this Notice. It's important to know that our websites may contain links to third party sites not controlled by B2B or covered by this Notice. We recommend that you check the privacy statements of other sites you visit before providing any personal information.Once you become an Approved Registered User (“User”) of B2B, and once a year while you remain a client of B2B, we will provide you with a B2B User Privacy Notice that describes our privacy practices and provides you choices in the sharing of your information, as required by law.

Information We Collect
B2B’s service aggregates and reports data provided by public records, commercially available data sources and related affiliates and is not the source of the data.  Before relying on any data provided by B2B, this data should be independently verified. This information may include, but is not limited to:

  • Social Security number in whole or in part
  • Federal Tax ID number in whole or in part
  • Employer Identification number in whole or in part
  • Phone numbers (including mobile)
  • Email address
  • Email referral information

  • Mobile carrier and/or Internet Service Provider

Collecting information provides specific benefits to our website visitors and by providing this information, our staff can contact you regarding your report for verification or follow-up if necessary.

Security Of Your Personal Information

We restrict access to the personal information obtained from our website to only those employees, agents and contractors who need it to do their jobs. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information.

Additionally, companies that provide online services on our behalf are required by contract to protect customer information. They are only allowed to use the information they collect for the purpose of providing the services that we have contracted to them.

Personal Information About Minors

We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information about people under the age of 18 unless the personal information is provided by a parent, legal guardian or authorized adult. Social Security Number Privacy Protection Policy

B2B collects Social Security numbers as necessary to support state and federal legal requirements, to provide products or services to you and to meet needs within our Human Resources unit. To support these requirements, we restrict the access to Social Security numbers only to employees, agents, service providers, and government entities that require access to Social Security numbers to meet these purposes. We strive to protect Social Security numbers from unlawful disclosure and keep them confidential by maintaining administrative, technical, and physical safeguards that comply with applicable state and federal regulations. Copyright Policy/Termination of User Privileges for Infringement and Contact Information for Suspected Copyright Infringement/DMCA Notices

We comply with the safe harbor provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 (the "DMCA") and we will terminate the privileges of any user who uses B2B to unlawfully transmit copyrighted material without a license, express consent, valid defense or fair use exemption to do so. In particular, users who submit user content to B2B, whether articles, images, stories, software or other copyrightable material must ensure that the content they upload does not infringe the copyrights of third parties. If you believe that your copyright has been infringed through the use of B2B, please submit a notice that complies with 17 U.S. C. § 512(c)(3) via our Contact Us page.  

At a minimum, any DMCA removal request is required to include at least the following things:

(1) Your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address;

(2) A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;

(3) The exact URL or web address where the alleged infringing material is located.

(4) A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use has not been authorized by you, your agent, or the law;

(5) Your electronic or physical signature;

(6) A statement by you made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

 

NOTE: If you submit a removal request and you are NOT the copyright owner, or if you make any false statement in your demand (including a statement that our use of images is infringing when the use is clearly fair), you should be aware that the law imposes substantial liability for any damages and any attorney's fees incurred as a result; 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
